The web development arm of SpiderNet Services, Cyprus's first internet service provider.

Acquired by HNS
SpiderNet is acquired by HNS Ltd, part of the Francoudi & Stephanou Group. The team stays intact.

Merger with PrimeTel
SpiderNet merges with PrimeTel Plc and WebWorx becomes one of its divisions.

WebWorx spins off as an independent company under the Francoudi & Stephanou Group.
